"I had gastric bypass surgery, so I need foods that are high in protein and low in carbs. Prior to getting this my favorite was Jack Links Original Steak Nuggets, which is almost twice as expensive. I will definiteoly be buying this again, I got both the Original and Teriyaki flavors an prefer the Original.
It is moist and tender without being mushy. The pieces are most very large.
