"Knowing that we can't "sit" in the chairs prior to purchase on overstock, let me assure you that these chairs are indeed very comfortable!!The one glitch, that I need to mention, is that the seat base is tight. I am 5'8" tall and weigh 140lbs. I feel that my thighs hang over the sides of the chair. Even tho the base size is adequate, I think it is the cushioning and leather that gives that "feel". If you are a large person, these chairs may not be the best choice for you."

"I ordered these chairs for my new condo to go with a small table for two (also from Overstock). The legs of the chairs are the same dark espresso as the table and coordinate perfectly. The leather is a deep rich red, perfect with the red and gold rug I ordered from Overstock. My biggest disappointment was when the chairs sold out before I closed on my condo. About a month later I had an email from Overstock that they were back in stock. I ordered them the same day! They arrived quickly and in perfect condition. They are smallish, which is what I was looking for. They are very sturdy and comfortable. Don't set yourself up for disappointment. If you want them, order them today! They are perfect."

"We are thrilled with these chairs that we purchased to go with a black dining table. The chairs came in large, easy-to-open boxes in sets of two and were all in excellent condition. The chairs are a gorgeous shade of burnt red and have striking black legs. I couldn't tell by looking online if they were mahogany or black. "We are very happy with the new red chairs for our dining room. I got them for the end chairs only. I was concerned about the shade of red, but it is perfect. Problem now is my husband wants to replace all our other chairs with more of these. They work great on our tile floors, easy moving. "I looked around for a good quality parsons chair and stumbled on these on overstock. It did take me a few days to place the order but I finally did and received them in a reasonable time.
