"recvd with box torm open on bottom - one screw was missing, but works fine. Easy put-to-gether - make sure you tighten with wrench!!! Bought to move into 7 story bldg and ahs worked wonderfully for everything! Will come in handy in the future as well - should have bought one of these years ago!"
