"I have not mounted a TV on it yet, still looking for the right one, but I installed this on my covered patio for outdoor viewing and I would warn you not to follow the spec overlay for drilling holes as they are wrong. After drilling all 3 holes through brick, I discovered the top 2 holes are actually much closer than had to re-drill the 2nd hole."

"I am very happy with this purchase. High quality at a great price. Just what I was looking for at a third of the price. Mount was easy to install and is very solid. "This product has an excellent value for it's price. It is very easy to install (compare to other TV mount that I have bought....and returned). It seems pretty solid for my 40" TV. Because of the articulating arm, it could be a little bit confusing if you try to center you TV on the wall. But overall, I'm very happy with my purchase."

"I bought this after reading all the "techie" reviews. It did not disappoint! The installation instructions were the best I've seen for ANY product in years. The installation guide made it a no brainer. BTW - a friend had just installed one (different brand) at his Dad's house and said how much easier this one was to install because the bracket (mounted to the wall) was vertical so you only had to locate 1 stud in the wall. His Dad's was horizontal and required to find 2 studs to mount to (and we all know finding 2 studs placed exactly where they are supposed to is challenging sometimes)."

"This unit is one of the best I have seen. This a vesa 200 some larger LCDs require a vesa 400 (these are millimeter distance of the screw holes) but you can purchase a converter plate that converts this vesa 400 to this mounts vesa 200."

"This is a commercial quality mount, very heavy and requires a sturdy wall to mount. It shipped on schedule, but was re-packaged goods, but that was not a factor - the previous owner probably found it too heavy. I made a "1/2" plate, screwed it into my 1/2" thick paneling in the basement and mounted ot onto the plate. I only needed 6 additional 1 1/2" woods screws (not supplied). I counter-sunk the spots for the screws to ensure that the mount would end up flush against the plate. I could have used toggle bolts, but would have had to drill holes and snip the screws.I was able to use the bolts provided.
The center of the mount is not the center of the TV - it is off about 5 inches, so take that into consideration when locating the mount.
It s a little stiff, so stand on the base and work it loose a few times. Don't overdo it, it is meant to be stiff and rugged and will loosen up with use.
If you take your time, and think everything through, it should all work out under 2 hours."

"I first purchased a smaller unit for my 22 inch Samsung. Not worth the money. This unit is heavy duty, easy to install, and has multiple viewing angles. It's important that when wall mounted in the bedroom, I'm able to tilt it down far enough to view the tv clearly. Anything but direct view on an LCD TV is too dark to see. This mount allows the user to adjust the TV to your liking. Highly recommended. Great price. Could cost twice as much."
