"The price was right and the quality of the product is excellent. Assembly was not difficult and took about an hour. The only complaint I have is the table cannot be removed from the frame to fold it up to store it when it is not being used. Other than that I am happy with the product and would recommend it to a friend."

"We are extremely pleased with the unit, and the shipping speed. It is a pleasure to report our total satisfaction. My husband is 6 Ft. tall, 214 lbs, and I am 5'1", 112 lbs., and it works well for both of us. The shaped ankle supports are very good ( I wear sheepskin boots) and my husband wears shoes. It adjusts easily, and is well made. Relieving our 82 year old bodies of gravity pull each day is fantastic."

"My husband would use gravity boots for his back problems at our local gym. The gym closed and he immediately could tell a difference in his back. I bought this for him as a gift and I was the one who put it together. It was pretty easy and it took about an hour. It is just as nice as some of the $400 + tables we found at a local store. He is really happy with it and I am glad I found such a great deal."

"Putting the product together was a bit difficult...take your time and look at the instructions carefully. However, once up and assembled the product is great. It is sturdy and easy to use. I have only recently purchased it but it seems solid enough to last me for many, many years."

"A friend let me borrow his inversion table when I pinched a nerve in my lower back. Three days of use and I felt much better. I now use it after every workout or after gardening. There is an adjustable strap to govern how far you invert. About 30 degrees seems optimal. One caveat; my children like to play with it and go full vertical. I test it before I get in because I never know when they have "adjusted" it. Overall, I like the product and it was easy to assemble."

"My fitness routine and, for that matter, daily life, were derailed due to chronic back pain. I purchased this product and it has been of great assistance. This product helped me to get my back pain under control. I also went to physical therapy and learned exercises to strengthen my abdominal and back muscles, which were veryweak from months of inactivity due to the pain. The therapist also thought that the inversion table was a good part of my routine. I use the table a couple of times per day, and it really has helped a lot. I would definitely recommend it."

"This is a very sturdy device that sets up easily. I however have Chronic Back pain, so reaching the adjustment devices after setting up, was not an easy thing. I have very little mobility in my low back. I set up "pulley ropes" to get everything adjusted to my height. Then it worked well."

"None of the fitness clubs in my area seems to have an inversion board, and when i used one years ago I loved it. So I got the crazy thought to buy one for myself. I was pleasantly surprised at the price of this one, but was a little skeptical at first as to how good the product would be. But I'm not skeptical any more - I love this inversion board and have to use a timer to make sure I don't hang upside down too long. The construction seems to be of quite good quality, the reason I gave it a 4 for workmanship is that a few of the bolts seem to have a little play in them but maybe they need to be that way since they are for moving parts. The parts are solid, and the workmanship is so good that when I was trying to put the wrong footrest in place, the holes didn't line up which made me stop and discover that i was making an assembly mistake. Other than that, I put the item together just fine. It is a bit challenging to assemble, the instructions are probably as good as they can be but this is not a simple 'snap and go' type of assembly. However, with patience even someone like me could put it together. I haven't tried to fold it up yet (it's supposed to fold so you can store it), but I have been using it every day, sometimes several times a day, and am thrilled with this purchase. And Overstock had this item delivered quickly. The box is very heavy so I took the parts out of the box and took them to the place where I was going to assemble the board. I would absolutely recommend this product."

"I bought this model and it does everthing we expected. I invested in the less expensive, entry model and will soon move up to a heavier model. I'm 6'3" and 260 and want the heavier machince but this one works great. There was a review about assembly and holes not lining up when I made my purchase but I had absolutely no problem with the assembly."

"I have had surgery on a ruptured disc and can still feel some pain in my legs and back from sciatica. I usually do stretches that take 20 minutes, but 5 minutes on this table and I am pain free all day. Very happy with my purchase. And it was easy for a mechanically dis-inclined single gal like myself to put together. Time-consuming, but pretty easy."

"was thrown off a horse fathers day, screwed up lower back pretty good. After giving it some time to heal, started doing some easy exercises. Didnt help very much. My spine still felt screwed up. The first time I got on the inversion table, you could actually feel you whole spine being stretched open again along with any muscles that were tightend up. After about 2 weeks, twice a day for about 5-10 min., I can actually say Im back at curves, and can do all the machines with no pain. When my backgets tired, i go on again for 5 min. when you get off, its like new. Great machine.Did take a few min. to set up, with the help of my husband, but was worth every min.."
