"I have had surgery on a ruptured disc and can still feel some pain in my legs and back from sciatica. I usually do stretches that take 20 minutes, but 5 minutes on this table and I am pain free all day. Very happy with my purchase. And it was easy for a mechanically dis-inclined single gal like myself to put together. Time-consuming, but pretty easy."

"was thrown off a horse fathers day, screwed up lower back pretty good. After giving it some time to heal, started doing some easy exercises. Didnt help very much. My spine still felt screwed up. The first time I got on the inversion table, you could actually feel you whole spine being stretched open again along with any muscles that were tightend up. After about 2 weeks, twice a day for about 5-10 min., I can actually say Im back at curves, and can do all the machines with no pain. When my backgets tired, i go on again for 5 min. when you get off, its like new. Great machine.Did take a few min. to set up, with the help of my husband, but was worth every min.."

"I bought this table for me and my husband. I have occasional lower back pain and he has moderate pain and has lost almost 5 inches in height! I felt improvement in my back pain the very next morning after using this table. It was shipped quickly and was easily assembled. The immediate relief in pain for us both was incredible. I am a skeptic, so I was amazed that 10 minutes a night could make such a difference. I am hoping that this table, along with the purchase of a new mattress (next on my list), will keep us from back problems down the road. I am 43 and my husband is 36. "Great price for an inversion table.No need to buy an expensive one, this works just the same.Easy to assemble and works great. Only needed for a few minutes a day.There is only one problem with it.The bolt holes are missing for the bolt that goes through the bottom square bar behind the ankle holder and holds the tension spring that pulls in the ankle holder. It will still work without the holes just leave the bolt on the outside (the tension from the spring holds it in place) or you can drill the holes yourself.I didn't drill the holes and it has been working fine that way."

"I purchased this equipment because of chronic low back pain i've had for years. I've gone to Physical Therapist and Chiropractors. They helped reduce the pain but that's it. I used this 3 times a day for 1 minute each and the pain is gone. After years of pain, it took only 2 weeks to be pain free. No more muscle relaxers or pain killers. The machine is easy to set up and easy to use. The only thing I have against this inversion table is the pads for the feet. I'm 6'3" and the pads are a little small for the top of my feet."

"We got the Ironman inversion table a few weeks ago and we use it constantly! It's sturdy, and easy to use. Putting it together was no problem at all. It's bigger than I expected so we haven't found a place to put it in our tiny one bedroom apartment (except in the living room), but that's ok because like I said, we use it several times a day. Just a few minutes on this machine take all the pain out of your back. It's awesome, I highly recommend it and for the price you can't beat it!"

"Overall the product is good. The only problem I have is the ankle restraints. They tend to turn on me while I am hanging upside down. I have them on the smallest setting and it's still to big for my ankles, strangely enough I am an average built man. I built some new feet harness and now greatly enjoy the product."

"Ironman Gravity 1000 Inversion Table is a very nice product. It is adjustable so if you are uncomfortable hanging completely upside down, you may choose most any angle. It is easy to assemble, adjust and use. The Ironman Gravity 1000 also easily lets you sit or pull yourself back upright. The Table is very solidly built. Why buy a more expensive version when this table does it all at a very good price.
Now, If I could keep Denise from tickling my feet while hanging upside down, ... LOL
As with any such product, I recommend that it only be used with someone "spotting" you. Overstock did a great job of selling and shipping the product on time and as promised."

"This unit was shipped immediately and received as promised. I purchased after using the same inversion table my son had purchased from Overstock.com. It has helped my back and knees. The re-alignment of my knees was an unexpected bonus. I have problems with my knee caps sliding out of place just enough to cause pain while walking and the inability to bend my knees to go down stairs. This inversion table helps re-align the knee caps and relieves the pain. I have relieved the lower back pain experienced from driving, entering and exiting my vehicle several times a day in the course of my work as a sales representative. I have recommended this item to others with similar back problems."

"This table is well worth the price. It has helped ease some of my back pain and seems to be giving me more flexability. It is sturdy and I feel comfortable when using it, except the foot cuffs that hurt my feet when I am on longer than a minute or two. However; I still prefer the cuffs to the bar type Assembling it was fairly easy, I do think they could be more specific about the parts. I would give this table a four star rating"

"I bought this for my brother who has back problems. It took him to tries to get it together but he finally got it right. Now his wife tells him to go to the basement and hang himself. "After reading the reviews online and looking at just about every inversion machine on the market, I settled for this one. It's everything the reviews said it would be. I do find the ankle holders a bit awkward, but not horrible. In order to not have to change the bench every day from hubby back to me, we left it longer for hubby and it works fine for me too. So far I have fewer headaches and haven't needed the chiropracter. I am glad I didnt spend more money as this one works well for my purposes."
