"I have all the faux throws from Overstock, and this is my favourite! It is thick, luxurious and very warm. It looks like it cost four times as much, especially with the velour on the reverse. The entire family fights over this one. I do have to say that the picture shows it as being more grey, but it is definitely more brown than grey. It also is less white which might be a good thing (see my review for the lynx). This throw is the one that looks most like real fur and it will be my (and everyone else's) fav for a long time. While it is a bit bulky and heavy, it is not unreasonably so. The tag says dry clean - so I haven't tried to wash it yet. But with all the use it's getting, I might have to try washing it. Guess that should be tried soon - while Overstock still has them. I don't think you will be disappointed in this one."

"I really dont have to review my throw i have to fight over it everytime anyone sees it especially feels it, i have been asked if it was real. It is soooo pretty. Overstock is absolutely my favorite store, some times when i cant find what i need it is so nice to get to talk to a real person instantly and they find it for me or answer any question that i have. And just one more thing to add the shipping is lighting speed, I hope others will take advantage of this service, i have never been disatified!!!!!!!!"

I just bought another faux chinchilla throw for twice the price of this one, that I don't like nearly as well--this is a VERY GOOD VALUE for the money--if you're looking for a silky, soft, realistically patterned faux fur throw, this is just what you're looking for! The backing is even better than I expected--it's also very soft, and feels great."

"It's always a gamble to order something without seeing/feeling it in person, but once I received this throw, I was thrilled with the quality and the realistic look/feel of the faux chinchilla fur. This throw is very warm, well made, and looks fantastic. I would highly recommend this- the actual product looks even better than the photos.Bonus: No animals were harmed to make this luxurious blanket! :)"

"I bought this to go with a leather sofa I just purchased, and as a self-proclaimed "couch potato" I love curling up on the couch to watch movies on a cold nite. This blanket is awesome! It is super warm, and I almost instantly fall asleep when I'm under it. It's super soft, and the quality is great! I found this same blanket at a higher end home store, and it is much, much more expensive. The description on overstock states it is machine washable, but it is actually dry clean only. Great buy!"

"I love this item. My cat and dog think I have grown a fur coat and they insist on sitting on my lap whenever I use it. It keeps me so warm that I have had to turn down my thermostat. "This throw is so amazingly soft and sumptuous at less than half the price of other faux fur throws that are not nearly as nice. The size is nice too, perfect for snuggling up on a cold day. I have a queen sized bed, and when this throw is spread out, it nearly reaches all corners. I can't remember if the product description listed this as dry clean only, but it is. This doens't matter to me, but might to someone else. I'm going ot buy more as gifts."
