"I live in Belfast, Northern Irelnad and could not find this here so got what I wanted from Overstock. It is a very quiet kettle which might seem odd but I use a gas cooker and when the kettle comes to the boil it is not as noisy as others I have used. The only thing wrong was after a few uses a tiny black line dent appeared on the lid which I believe occured during the making of the kettle. I am not bothered by it and would not return it as the hassle of sending it so far and waiting for a replacement is not worth the bother. I imagine it is a 'one of'."

"This little teakettle looks like a teapot but it sits on the stove and you can boil the water and then add the teabags. It does double duty and no one would know the difference. I love it."

"it heats up fast but there is no whisle to tell you when it's ready, handle seems to be fine with the temp, and the color is nice...if there are more than two people in your home i'd go with something bigger!"

"I have only have this kettle for a few weeks, but so far so good. I really like the color, I bought it more for decoration, I have used it a few times and it worked great. I buy often from Overstock, from furniture down to bedding, I have been satisfied so far."

"Nice looking teapot, however there is a warning label inside the package that says "When using on gas ranges, use medium flame. Do not allow flames to reach handle." I have a gas range and would not have purchased this item if I had known about this warning beforehand."

"Love the tea kettle. Very sturdy metal and construction. Tthe handle stays up, plus the handle does not get hot which was a concern with other reviews of other kettles. It is everything I had hoped for in a tea kettle. Excellent quality."
