"My unit was broken in two different places. I didn't want to have to spend the money shipping it back. Contacted Overstock but received no reply. Got some Gorilla glue and glued both places togethere and the unit works fine. I would recommend anything of Wolfgangs as I have a lot of his cookware, knives and other things and have had them for years and only had a problem with one item and they graciously replaced it. Great company making reliable products."

"i purchased this food processor to help in the kitchen; however, the machine did not work from day 1. everytime i tried to use it, the rubber piece with the hole in it that is screwed in to the base kept loosening to the point that the processor would not work. i had to re-screw this piece just to have it loosen up again. since this was a factory re-conditioned item, i was not able to return it for exchange or refund. i will never buy a factory re-conditioned item again, even though it is cheaper to do this."

"This product was a gift for my sister, who lives in a small apartment. She was thrilled with the size, and with the convenience of its internal storage space. She has used it for jobs like pesto, which don't need a huge bowl. Having warned her about the reviews regarding its "food flinging" through the spout, she's avoided using that feature thus far. We did, however, laugh about the visual image it conjured. I rated it a 4 only because she hasn't had it very long, and so cannot speak for its durability."

"For the small size that it is, this processor does the job pretty well. When you open the part that allows chopping directly over a bowl or pizza (for example), the chopped stuff spews out all over the place. I recommend keeping that part closed so that your chopped cheese/vegs remain enclosed in the container. Then open and dump. It's well made, but it is small."

"I had been a little leary purchasing an item that had been prior returned, but shouldn't have been. Appears to work as claimed and no appearance of any prior use. I would have rated higher for Durability and Workmanship, but my purchase is too new to rate at 5 Star. Would like to have had more blades for wider variety of cutting choices."

"This is the third machine that I have purchased. I use it twice a day, every day. Be careful with the blades when you are washing, they are very sharp at first and will slice you fingers very easily. Try not to put the handle in water, as the water enters the handle area and with time it starts to look really bad since it is clear on one side, and there is no way to clean that area once it is dirty. Will puree very well, great for grinding your own hamburger meat. Good machine at this price."

"I purchased this because I really like the design and the fact that the blades have their own storage compartment in the machine. For just two people, I really couldn't justify the $100+ price tag of a full size machine, and my kitchen counters are already filled with other appliances. This processor takes up very little counter space and it does a GREAT job! I have had more success using the processor to shoot the food out into another container because I found that the primary blades will emulsify pretty much anything you put in there to process, but that's ok with me! For the price, the size, and the value, you can't find a better processor. I use it daily, or almost daily, and I am a very, very satisfied customer!"

"Very nice machine! Everything we anticipated. Works well and is easy to assemble. The only concern is that the plastic is thin and could break if dropped or banged. However, with care and gentle use it should serve well for many years. Well worth the price."

Broke after 4 uses, October 16, 2009
By sophorific from Vermont

"I bought this food processor to make baby food. Once I started to make baby food, I realized how awesome having a food processor was. I realized how much easier it was going to make cooking. I was excited to use this product! Then, today, I was going to use it to puree some black beans for a soup that I was cooking. I put together the Wolfgang Puck Food Processor, plugged it in, and then it wouldn't work. We reset it. It wouldn't work. This food processor has only been used as directed in the user manual. After about, oh, 4 times it broke on us. Please save yourself some money and buy another food processor. I wish I had."
