"I ordered this fountain for the purpose of some background noise in my living room. However, after having it there for a couple of weeks, I felt it was better in my office instead. It would also work as a night light, as the mosaic colors cast a pretty site on a nearby wall. Overall, I'm happy with the fountain. Price is right and have had no problems with it so far. I would have liked to see a switch on it though that allowed for the ball in the middle to sit still, rather than only turning. Also, the globe portion is plastic and you can see the seams where it comes together. Probably not a big deal, but does cheapen it slightly. Again, for the price and use of what I was wanting it for, it works just great."

"Me and my co-workers are enjoying this fountain immensely! I had battery fountains, and wasn't happpy with always having to replace the batteries. This electric fountain solves that problem. It's great for an office environment! (Midget is my dog-not me)"
