"Everything is great about the laptop; however, when Overstock shipped the product to us, it was missing the red ball finger mouse pointer on the center of the keyboard. This made using the finger ball mouse tracker un-useable, and makes the laptop looked refurbished and defective."

"This laptop is compact...the size of a notebook, but has a dvd drive and more power and features than the newer netbooks. I am very satisfied with this machine, which retailed for $2100.00 when new. "I purchased this computer expecting that it would be an Avg computer. I was very suprised when I started using the computer.I work at a job where I have to have many programs open at once... even with all these programs open the computer is still fast.The only thing though was that I wish it would have come with more memory... I had to purchase extra removable memory...Dont be fooled by the price...This is a great business computer at a great price...I am very happy with my purchase!!!And I think from now on I will only purchase IBM."

"I choose the 5-day shipping option and the product was delivered on time as promised. As far as the product itself is concerned, I couldn't be happier with it. As it is a refurbished product, I expected to see some signs of previous use, and there was! The bottom of the machine looks like it had been set on surfaces and does have a few very minor cosmetic flaws. But it's the bottom, and I never see it anyway! The keys showed no sign of hard or abusive use. The screen does have one pixel burned out, but so does my almost brand new Gateway laptop, so I'm not worried about that. I had to spend some time updating windows, getting anti-virus software installed, and personalizing the machine to fit my needs. However, after that was done, it's working like a charm. It boots up quickly and does what I ask it to with no complaining (unlike my 4 year old daughter...). It found my homes wireless network right away and installing the wireless printer was a snap. I bought this machine to use when demonstrating doors for the window and door company I work for. It's light to carry around, the battery life seems adequate, and the screen works perfectly to show prospects the product they are about to buy with all the colors, features, and glass designs they select. All in all, I'm very happy with the purchase! I would highly recommend this particular machine to anyone who has a need for a light-use computer. Definitely not a high end gaming machine, but if that's what you want you aren't looking at this computer anyway!"

"My daughter is entering her senior yr in college.Her Dell has had chronic problems with very short Battery life and power cord needing replacement . Even after a new battery was installed,she had to operate plugged in. I was excited to get her a new laptop and new company , and so far she is happy with the size and general workings. As a parent I was very pleased with the price. In the next yr I will be able to buy my other 2 sons a ThinkPad and still not have spent as much as I did on 1 Dell laptop."
