"upon arrival we tried it out and set the software up on the computer before giving as a birthday gift and worked fine. the birthday girl used it on birthday and after that day couldn't get battery to charge properly to use.we tried new battery and same things kept happening so we consulted website for help then called Kodak customer service for help. They had a repair ticket issued with ups return label and all we needed to send was a copy of overstock.com receipt of purchase to fix the problems.It will be a few weeks before we get it back so I hope problem is solved as I have never had this situation before as I have a diff camera I bought for me from overstock and have never hd a problem with it. I would recomend the Kodak one because of features on it for price paid makes it an excellent choice for gift giving now I want one after getting this one for my granddaughter."

"First of all, the price of this product was affordable. I bought refurbished so I would save a bit of money, but still get a quality product so if it broke or I lost it while I am out hiking, snowboarding or vacationing, I wouldn't be heart broken. It would be simple enough for me to hop back onto Overstock.com and buy another if need be.I got this camera in hopes it would be functional for my father who is a bit hard of seeing and has a really old camera. It has all the features he would ever need including a nice sized viewing screen [an upgrade from his old digital camera], the simple zoom and a rechargeable battery. [We are easy to please]Despite the operation being easy, I still feel we got our money's worth since Dad can use it without getting confused, and I can get into the more specific features. I really like the auto panoramic feature. That was a bonus when I started playing around with all of the options.The camera and the software are user friendly, the durability is good and the price is well set just in case the user isn't as lucky with the durability. I am completely satisfied."

"It's a very nice camera. Pictures are a bit Blurry but they're clear enough. But this camera refuses to charge! I'm very upset seeing as though I have a field trip tomorrow and I would love to use it then. Unfortunatley, this will have to be the second camera i've returned to overstock."

"Recently purchased this camera for my mother. Scratch on lens, no manual, although it did come with a USB cord. For a refurbished camera, it function wonderfully. Easy to use, lots of extras, and picture clarity is exceptional. If it would have came with a manual, it would have been a five star overall."
