"I have allergies to dust and pet hair. After moving into our new apartment I could tell my allergies were worsening, despite vaccuuming and cleaning. The Dyson sucked so much dust out of the carpet, I couldn't believe I had been walking around on so much filth. Definetely expensive but if you consider how much you will spend on replacing vacuums that don't work- then it is worth it. I just hope it lasts a long time. Also very lightweight which makes it easy to use on the stairs."

"I really like this vacuum cleaner. It works very well on tile floors as well as carpeted floors. It's light, and easy to maneuver. Even the directions are easy to understand. Very clever design for the attachments as well. But the best part is the suction. It really works well. I'd recommend it to anyone. Just hope it lasts - cause it wasn't cheap!"

"Was dubious of spending so much, but you definitely get what you pay for. This is the best vacuum I have ever owned. It is light and easy to carry and manipulate. It is though also quite a bit smaller than the 25 so it depends what you are looking for re-scale of the area that you have to clean. Would definitely recommend Dyson and the ball is the way forward....genius!"

"I am so glad I finally bought the Dyson DC24. It cleans the carpet like no other vaccum I have ever owned. I even borrowed an oreck from a friend while I was waiting for this one to be delivered, the oreck doesn't hold a candle to the Dyson. I love it!!!"

"My title for this review sounds so lame, but that's the only word I could find to describe my experience with a Dyson. The man who invented this vacuum cleaner is a genius. The way it vacuums and handles.... Whaooo....It's so easy to empty the tank, and even easy to clean the EPA filter. Don't forget to clean your filter once a month! Also, don't vacuum water!!! This is not a vacuum for a big house. My house is a small one and it does an amazing job. Get one, and you won't regret it. My neighbor is ordering one very soon she said, after she tried mine. Funny!!!"

"We purchased this vacuum for our cabin. A light weight vac was needed for carruying upstairs and the ball gives us more ablilty to manuver aroung the small spaces.Our family have several dyson products among us. We love them and would greatly rcommend them."

"Love, love, love this vacuum! I was a little put off by the price when I was first looking at Dysons. When I received the vacuum I was thrilled. This vacuum picks up soo much - we filled the canister at least 5 times in a row when we vacuumed our family room. It blows our old vacuum out of the water. It is very lightweight and easy to maneuver. Not to mention the way that everything is constructed is genius. I think this Dyson will last for a long time! I highly recommend it!"

"I love my Dyson. It's light and moves easily, and the suction is amazing. I was so surprised by how much dirt was in my carpets the first time I used it. I've also noticed that it is much quieter than the vacuums that I've owned previously. I really love this vacuum!"

"I love my new Dyson all floors vacuum. It is all that has been said about it. I had put off buying for awhile, but with a cat and 2 dogs I really needed a super cleaner. I also have an Orek and an Electrolux, and I was amazed at the amount of hair and dirt that was in the canister after the first vacuuming. It was easy to put together and use. Well worth the money spent."

"This is my second Dyson. I live in a three story home.The other Dyson is a heavy vacuum cleaner. So,I thought I shouls by this one and I am very happy that I do not have to drag my first dyson from floor to floor. They do a fantastic job .If I was not happy with the first one ,I would not buy the second Dyson.."
