"The screen is glossy and highly reflective, and took a little getting used to. The picture is clear, and it is a great monitor for the price. The instructions that came with it though were a poor quality photocopy of original."

"Brought one of these for myself and another for my mom, and all I can say is "WOW!" Simple to install--just plug it in and go. Had to customize the settings in the control panel which took all of maybe 3 minutes. The colors/images are crisp and clear. Best of all, my eyes no longer get tired after some time on the computer as they did with the old 17" inch screen, so now I'm able to do work at home in the evening without worrying about making a bunch of errors. Well worth the price. Thanks, Overstocks!"

"The color,clarity,saturation and response time are fantastic. No ghosting, very little glare and easy on the eyes. Suitable for all of my needs (viewing movies, action gaming, photoshop and general office use). I was skeptical at first but am truly impressed. The only complaints are a minor scuff mark on the frame and directions with print so small that they were unreadable. The controls are simple and easy to figure out though, albeit very basic. A terrific buy."

"Although I am no expert judge of such things, I am overall pleased with this monitor. It's big and bright (although be forewarned it has a shiny surface that might bother some). The price was great. However, the physical condition of the unit was less than spectacular. There are approximately 5-6 major (deep and broad) scratches on the plastic boarder surrounding the screen (as if someone keyed it) and another section that looks like someone took a brillo pad to it. There is more of the same on the back of the unit. While it won't have any effect on my work productivity, it's a little disappointing to pull something out of a box in this condition.That said. Very good price and very functional."

"This monitor is amazing. Now, I say that having ordered three monitors from overstock. I had to return one of them (earlier LG model). LG website says this monitor is discontinued, but it has very modern, pleasant appearance, and all the bells and whistles I care about. I've attempted to connect through dvi cable, and it flickers. Now, I am not sure if it's the monitor, the dvi cable or my video card.... or the settings. But outputs just fine through your old-fashioned analog cable, you won't notice any difference with a naked eye. The only reason I was going for dvi cable is to set up dual monitors, but that is beyond the needs of everyday users. By the way, the price is great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND."

"The LG L227WTG-PF 22-inch Widescreen LCD Monitor (Refurbished) is an outstanding monitor. It came to me like new even though it was refurbished. There is not a scratch or blemish on it. One feature that it has that I didn't know about when I purchased it is a swivel base allowing me to turn the screen so others can see it. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a 22" monitor."

"First time user of Overstock and the process was smooth. Monitor came in just a few days in great condition. Easy to set up but the directions are written in about a 3 pitch font so its impossible to read. The picture was fuzzy so I had to figure out how to adjust without the aid of the manual. Poke and hope. It worked and the monitor is great now - clear, no glare, good colors. I would buy it again!"
