"Very, very nice and great price for Henckel knives. The block has some extra slots and I was worried that some knives were missing. I just added some Kitchen Aide sissors to complete the set. They really should be included anyway - but hey for the price it's great."

"The knives are great. Very sharp clean cutting. The trick is that you really shouldn't be putting them in the dishwasher or leaving them wet or they will rust. So will any other knife because it is metal. I'm commenting on a past post where someone was angry because of that. Take care of the knives and the knives will last a very long time."

"I agree with the lady above, that there is place for more knives than come in the set. General opinion-they look good on the counter top and they are so sharp (I absolutly love this, because I'm picky about knives). Consider, that for price it's a good deal. But if you want to invest for many many years ahead, you better spend some more money."

"i have to admit that i was very happy when i received my knives, i opened the box and threw away the box BIG MISTAKE.. i wish i could return them but i dont think they will take them with out the originial box. The Knives are good looking and sharp but the block that i received holds more knives that i got, i think they do that because we can add knives to the set, but there are already so many knives you dont need more. One thing i noticed right away with the stake knives is that they are already rusty, can you believe that????? why do they do that???? bad quality? i guess... i would not recomend these set, keep looking..."

"I'm anything but a chef, but I really enjoy using these knives. They can cut through food with ease to prevent slips, which can consequently lead to cutting oneself. The rubber grips on the handles are excellent because they give a sure hold to the user. I especially love that none of the knives, except the bread knife, are serrated. These knives are all around great, especially for the price."

"I am so disappointed with this purchase. I have purchased many items from Overstock and have never felt this way. They RUST in the dishwasher! The knife set is also very light. I didn't not expect this type of quality from Henkel and if I still had the box, I would return this item. I will NOT recommend this item to anyone. Don't waste your money."

"I love the way these knives cut. They look nice and goes with the stainless steel look in my kitchen. It is worth the price and I would definitely buy these again!
