"This camera is fairly simple to operate. There is a handy manual included to help those of us who are not yet savy with cameras. Very easy to download to my computer. Images are crisp. I would suggest using rechargable batteries if you plan on taking a lot of pictures at a time. Nice value for the quality.As usual, product arrived timely and in appropriate packing."

"The price point almost seems too good to be true, but I was very happy with this little point and shoot camera. It's not a pixie like the Elphs, but it will fit in your pocket like a regular wallet. The 12 MP image quality isa excellent- night and day comapred to my 5 MP camera. The video at 640X480 is just 1st generation HD, but it's still clearer than any 640X480 camera that I've ever used. There is no zoom while shooting video.Most shooting modes are easily accessible via a turn knob on the top of the camera. images and videos are accessed via a play button. I liked that it only took 3 clicks to delete an poor image after shooting. The lense motion is very quiet. There are some great deals on 16 gb SHDC cards out there, and I would recommend getting a large size to store all your pictures.There are some minor negatives. Beach and snow mode take about 10 clicks to reach. The camera is a battery hog- two 2300mAh batteries left in the camera did not last more than 48 hours before draining. I would remove batteries and bring extras and/or chargers when travelling. Burst mode takes about 1.1 seconds per image. The Install CD also crashed my Windows XP SP3 computer 3 times before I succeeded in the installation.I would recommend this camera to anyone looking for a quality entry level camera with enough features to compose good images."

"This camera is very user friendly and produces great quality photos. You can read about all the features of the camera, my only two complaints is that is is difficult to find where you can delete all your photos on the memory card (i.e. it is not very intuitive), and the memory card itself is in the battery bin, which saves space, but is a little awkward to open. Overall it is easy to take great pictures and then stuff the camera back in your bag."

"So I purchased this camera and 3 days later it was stolen from my car. I fell in love with this camera and liked it so much I decided to purchase another one. They had one left and it was an open box. Overstock was very helpful in ordering the new camera. When I got the camera in the mail I was so happy. I went to set it up and it was dead. It would not turn on. I thought the batteries were dead so I changed them and it would still not turn on. Be careful when they list an item as an open box. I will be returning this camera for a full refund and would have ordered another one but they don't have any more in stock. Nice camera. Not nice open box!"

"All of my digital cameras, since they became part of mainstream society, have been Canon Powershots. I haven't taken this one on vacation yet, but so far I have no complaints about the ease of use or quality of photos. I had priced this camera at several major retailers and the price at Overstock was about 10% less. Received the camera without any problems and was pleasantly surprised to find that it comes with AA batteries and a small memory disc. What a deal!"

"I have had this camera for a few weeks now and so far the quality of the pictures are great! Better than the Sony 10.1 that i have. It is a great value for the money. The features are pretty good.. when you move the camera really close to something it automatically goes into a "macro" where it focuses on that object. I really like that.. that way the picture isn't blurry. And the option to clear "red eye" on it each photo individually which works pretty well. the only thing is knowing how to switch between the options on the camera from like portrait to auto and etc.. kinda need to read the manual on that: to get the full use of the camera. :-) Enjoy."

"This camera takes great pictures. The time and date are printed on the finnished picture. It is slow on recovery but is doable. Well worth the money it cost. Small and compact , has a view finder, fits in a pocket. Would recomend it to my friends."

"I purchased this camera model for an Alaskan vacation last summer. I wanted a camera with a viewfinder, decent megapixels, used AA rechargeable batteries, and ease of use. This camera fit the bill precisely. It augmented an older Canon A520 which I own. Camera right out of the box performed well in automatic mode. It was easy to pickup advanced features and settings. Easily fit in a small carry bag, or in a pocket."
