"Everything was exceptional as far as the appearance, quality...My only concern was that it was shipped w/o any paperwork, directions, warnings, how to care for, remote operations... It works fine for my motor coach because it has a, DC 12 VOLT POWER SOURCE. Many of us RVers have been left out because the new tvs are not dc power, and I have yet to see a dc powered converter box."
