"This is the EXACT same model of an existing Waterpik my aunt & uncle have had for about 10 years -- it has held up very well, but finally needed to be placed. My uncle is much taller than my aunt, so the flexible neck on this item is GREAT! Honestly, they wore it out -- he'd push it up, she'd pull it down!! But they refused to give it up despite my efforts to buy them a similar massage head from a mall store! So I came on here and FOUND IT -- EXACT MATCH! The only thing different is the color (their old one is white!). They were ecstatic to get the new one, especially after they installed it! Evidently, some sediments had built up in the old one over time & they lost quite a bit of spray pressure they hadn't noticed gradually happening. My aunt said she is taking some of the longest showers ever now -- she loves it !"

"The showerhead is a newer generation of one I owned before. The bendable neck makes cleaning and rinsing the wide sides of the garden tub MUCH easier. The instructions say hand tightening is enough, but they must mean Manly hands. I had to get a little help from Dad. There was a little leaking until we used some Teflon tape, so you might want to have some on hand, just in case."

"This is good head. I like. Massage setting is powerful. Having flexiability is a necesity when your water supply is mounted low."

"I bought this showerhead to replace a Waterpik showerhead with a flexible neck. We had to take out the flow regulator in order to have room to thread it onto the shower hook-up - there were hardly any threads inside - so every time I take a shower, I feel guilty about wasting water. Also, the flexi-hose doesn't hold up the shower head as well as my old one did - this one is a little more on the floppy side than I would prefer. However, it does deliver a very nice shower (maybe because of the missing flow regulator?)"

"I have owned an earlier version of this shower head that I really liked but this shower head is completely different. The neck is flexible as with the previous model and in fact this one does not make the loud noise that my previous shower head made when adjusting, however this shower head does not stay put very well. My previous one stayed exactly where you put it! The second thing that I dislike is that I use the cone shower spray rather than the rain shower spray and with this particular spray I have cold drops of water coming out of other holes of the shower head that aren't being used. It is definitely NOT comfortable! Save your money and find another showerhead. I can't believe that this shower head has such great reviews! I always think that the people that leave negative reviews are likely "repeat offenders" who just like writing negative reviews for any product that doesn't stack up to their very high expectations. This is the first negative review that I have posted for an internet purchase in THOUSANDS of purchases!"

"Perfect for my home where everyone are different heights. It goes up for the tall ones and down for the little ones. The different settings on it are a great feature too. Love this item!!!"

"I bought two of these, one to replace one I'd had for some years, and one for my Mom. The long flexible neck is great! You can bend it all kinds of ways to rinse off walls and the shower curtain, as well as turn it to where it works best for you. My Mom sits on a stool, and she can pull it down low for easy reach. The spa head is wonderful. Water comes out with good force, and the pulsating part gives and excellent massage on sore back muscles. Everyone should have one!! It was very easy to install, simply screw it on. The price was very good, far better than many other types of shower heads I looked at. It's very easy to switch from one nozzel to another."

"I also removed the white insert and found that this shower head has excellent water pressure, even on the lighter settings. It was easy to install and I haven't had any leaks. The only drawback to this shower head is it's appearance. It almost looks a little cheap, which is unfortunate because I am very satisfied with its performance. It is much higher quality than it looks."
