"I love my new bench. I was a bit leary when I saw how cheap it was. For under $60 shipped to my front door I decided to go for it. I had looked at benches at a bunch of different stores and for under $100 you basically got junk...I'd be afraid to use more then 20lbs on most cheap benches. This bench however is very sterdy. I use up to 45lb dumbells and it supports the weight fine. The bolts for construction are so big they could probably support twice that weight. Thats another thing too...easy asssembly, it took me about 30minutes to put together. And it's not that heavy...comes in a pretty small box weighing only 30lbs. All in all a great bench. Highly recommended."

"It's a nice bench but a bit wobbly. It won't fall over, but another bench I owned was just about 2-in wider on the support legs and that made a lot of difference. If the support legs on this one were a bit wider it would have added more stability. I'm 5'9" and don't have a problem w/the decline."

"For the money you can't beat it. It's kinda on the small size. I don't see anyone over 6' really liking this too much. The quick release pin (so you can fold the thing up) is stuck, or doesn't release quickly, so it's not that easy to store as I was hoping.Basically if you want a cheep sturdy bench, buy this:)"

"Bought this after reading reviews so I knew what I was getting into. I needed an incline/decline bench to go with my selectteck dumbbells.Pros:- The frame is solid. Although I'm not sure I'd dumbbell press over 80lbs on this.- Price was right.Cons:- Foot padding is cheap and will probably fall apart real soon. But I knew that going into the purchase.- I was hoping to set the bench to incline and stand behind it to do preacher curls, but the seat is too low to attempt it. And I'm 5'8""

"I have never before owned a weight bench, or put one together but this one seems okay. I am just beginning to work out with weights but so far so good. I was worried at first about the stability of this weight bench, but once I made sure I tightened all the screws, I have few trepidations about the equipment I purchased. I had looked at this weight bench at several retail stores in my area and decided to purchase it online from Overstock because even with shipping and tax it cost about $ 12.00 less than in the local stores."

"I can't imagine a better bench for the price. Other similar-style benches were either significantly more expenisve, or the other benches in this price range didn't have as many options (cushioned roller pads for your legs for ab work, etc.). At 5'4"

"Although the bench requires a fair bit of work (that requires either reasonable hand strength or special tools) to assemble it, the fantastic price made it well worth my time. The bench is sturdy and I can see it lasting many years. It has great features that allow you to do ab work that is impossible without an incline. I'm very pleased with this product!"

"Worth the price. Perfect size for my wife, but I am 6 ft. tall and 180 lbs so it is just a bit small for all the exercises I use it for. I will upgrade when it wears out, but it is a great size for the in-house gym we have in a spare bedroom. I don't think it would be a good fit for someone with a larger frame than myself. Again, for the price, this one is going to be tough to beat and feels sturdy enough to last for a while."

"The bench looks very nice once it was together. The directions were ok but for someone with little experience with mechanics would have aliitle trouble putting it together. Also the main bolt between the two seat cushions; you needed a metric wrench which to tighten the nut and bolt. The bigger alien wrench was broke but i had my own. But for most part the bench was assemble and will do the job i need."
