"This is a great tux, and an even better tux for the price. However, the bow tie and cummerbund set was purple that i recieved. I had read the other online review, where they didnt even recieve the tie set and figured i could just call customer service and get this straightened out. When customer service returned my email they simply said "Thank you for contacting Overstock.com to let us know of the difficulty you experienced with your order. I apologize that the Ferrecci Men's Classy Two-button Peak Lapel Tuxedo you received was unsatisfactory. I can understand your frustration since the picture on the website looks like it comes with a black bow-tie and cummerbund. Unfortunately, the website states that a free bow-tie and cummerbund set is included with the tuxedo, but a color for that set is not specified. I do apologize for the miscommunication and any inconvenience this may have caused. Here is a link to the product for your review so you can see what the item purchase does include"If i would have at least known when I bought the tux that i didnt know exactly what color i was getting, that would have been fine. If it would have at least said that, but to come back after the fact and say that it doesnt neccesarily mean im getting a black tie was very upsetting. So BEWARE!!! I guess its technically my fault since i didnt "read the product description correctly." So now I have to go buy a tie and cummberbund. The fabric and quality of the suit are great but I just wanted to give everyone else a heads up so they dont make the same mistake I did."

"I was kind of hesitant to buy a tuxedo over the internet...but after I received my tux, I couldn't be happier. It was a perfect fit....the only thing was that I had to get it hemmed. Other than that I would highly recommend this Tuxedo to anyone that wants a good deal!"

"We purchased this tux at the last minute in order to avoid renting a tux for a cruise. It arrived the day before we left on vacation, so we were really worried that something would go wrong. It arrived on time, was professionally packed, and looked great! When my husband tried it on, the fit was perfect. The pants needed hemming, but I hemmed them and we had them pressed onboard the cruiseship.This tux is awesome for the cost. The pictures we took looked great. I am considering purchasing other suits by this same maker, the cost and value are outstanding. We have rented tuxes in the past that did not fit well, were uncomfortable, and cost more. We won't have to go that route again. If in doubt, purchase this tux. You won't be disappointed."

"This tuxedo looks great and is a great value. When I received it they had forgotten to send the cumberbund and bowtie. I contacted Overstock and they mailed them to me separately."

"This is the first item I have purchased at Overstock.com. It will definitely NOT be my last. The tuxedo arrived in just a few days - and I was amazed at the quality and appearance. It fits perfectly and only needed to have the pants hemmed. A friend of mine runs the local Merlo formal wear shop and I took it to him to have the hemming done. He looked at it and was stunned when I told him what I had paid for it. He said he couldn't sell it for less than $400. The only criticism of it is that is has belt loops - he said you NEVER wear a belt with a tux. The only glitch was that it was supposed to come with a cummerbund and tie, and they weren't enclosed. So I called customer relations and the agent (Chris) was wonderful. He emailed me as promised - he said he would first check to see what needed to be done and then email me, which he did - and told me to go and get a price locally on a tie and cummerbund, which I did from my friend at Merlo. My friend said he could sell me both for $30. I emailed Chris and they credited me the $30. Overstock advertises that they have award winning customer service and I'm not surprised. I'd give them an award for the great way they treated me. So, I'm a committed Overstock fan now and the tuxedo is perfect. Now, bring on the cruise!"
