"I love these sheets! I've purchased flannel sheets in the past that started out nice and soft, but that ended up pilling to such an extent that they were no longer that way after a wash or two. I purchased the cal king set in blue, and am very impressed with the fact that they haven't pilled, and continue to retain their softness after several washings.
I just ordered a second cal king set for our bed, and a queen set for the guest bed.....great product!"

"They were called "luxury" and now I know why! Thick,snuggly and soft. Even though its Summer, I just had to try them. They are wonderful! I can't wait for the cooler nights. I'm going to hate getting out of bed this Winter."

"I will be honest here. I have never been a fan of flannel sheets. I like the cool crisp feeling of getting into think sheets. But when my girlfriend comes to visit she is always complaining about how cold they are. So I bought these flannel sheets to make her happy. What I did not expect was that I too would fall in love with them! The weather is getting colder, but I have not slept so well in ages. I wake up refreshed and the only bad thing about these sheets is having to leave them. They are thick, warm, well made, perfect for deep mattresses. I would recommend these to anyone and everyone."

"i purchased the white sheets, hoping that the few reviews I read about pilling were not true. The complaints and reviews were about other colors than the white. I guess if you like warm sheets that pill and leave their little white fuzzies all over the floor looking like snow, these are the sheets for you. Yes, they are warm and in the package look very nice (3 stars for initial appearance), but the quality of the fabric is very poor. I washed them prior to use and have washed them a second time after 4 nights of use. I had to take the bottom sheet out of door to shake it before putting it in the washing machine. After another 4 nights of use they are ready for another washing b/c we can feel the fuzz balls at our feet."

"I am enjoying my new German Flannel Sheets. The flannel is of excellent quality - nice body, not too thin, tight weave. You have to wash them so that the fitted bottom sheet fits on mattress, if not washed, the sheet will be too big for the mattress. The top sheet is nicely sized also to fit a queen - not too much hang over and not too little hang over. They wash up nicely! No pilling yet but the weight of the flannel may prevent this. Haven't used them for a season yet to determine this. But for now, they are toasty warm! And so far, they are wearing well. You get what you pay for and the value, appearance, comfort and fabric quality are all 5 stars for me."

"i ordered these flannel sheets thinking they would be like sooooooo comfortable and inviting..... not so, they look great! but feel not so good on the skin, and if u are hairy like my partner, u will hate them for your hairs get pulled and snagged etc on the sheets. .... for the money, i thought id be sleeping on liquid chocolate. overall, decent but a no from me. i bought new sheets the following day...."

"If I had written this review within the first week of using them, I would have said the sheets are soft and comfortable - very nice. I'm glad I waited to write. As some other buyers have noted, the sheets start to pill badly after a couple of weeks. Next time I will spend a little more to get the flannel sheets that are resistant to, or even guaranteed against pilling. The little balls are getting everywhere."
