"This product requires assembly. One of the pieces in the carton was faulty, so we have not been able to assemble it yet. Overstock shipped it to us promptly, and I like the finish. We contacted the manufacturer, who said they would ship a replacement piece in about 48 hours but it has been over a week and we have not yet received it. I'm not ranking it lower because it seems like a service issue, not a product issue."

"The shipment was prompt which was to be expected from Overstock. Assembly of the changing table was quick and simple taking less than 15 minutes. The quality of construction was excellent and exactly what we expected from the Badger Basket Company. The reason for the four star rating was there was a small scratch on the upper right rail when facing the unit. I would definitely recommend buying this table. It matched perfectly with our Da Vinci Kalani Convertable crib in espresso."
