"I really like this product because it is powerful and quick. Fruit dried in record time and it holds so much on the shelves. I did have a problem with the unit shutting off after first use and couldn't find the reset button. After a call to technical support, I was sent an email with pictures showing the location of the reset button (which would be difficult to find otherwise).Technical support said that it's important to allow enough space for air circulation around the unit to keep it from overheating. After resetting the button, we had no more problems."

"What a dream. The only drawback is that the screens have much bigger openings than I am accustomed to. I need to find something to lay over them for berries, etc."
