"I brought 4 sets of these dishes and I love them. However, I did receive 4 broken bowls and 2 broken salad plates. Overstock took care of me right away. I haven't received the new ones yet, but I'm pretty sure I will get them soon."

"I received my dishes in great condition, I actually expected some to be broken, because of the fragility, but only 2 bowls were. Overstock gave me a small refund, that I approved due to the two dishes being broken, and they couldn't find replacements. I think the service is great, price is reasonable, and the shipping cost is wonderful!"

"I ordered 2 sets of these dishes. They came in two days but to my dismay one bowl was broke in each set. I was worried I would have to send the whole shipment back, and they are very heavy dishes. However that wasn't the case, Overstock had 2 new bowls out to me in a matter of days. There service is outstanding. The plates as I stated are heavy and well made. As another review stated the color is more golden or tan than what is pictured but very pretty and unique dishes. The bowls are larger than most which I also love."
