A few hours of airing usually removes the odor.We recommend that this blanket is fluffed at least once a week to maintain down distribution.

"Bought one for mother-in-law as a gift. She raved. So bought one for our bed. Love it. Mother-in-law wanted another one for guest room, so I bought a third! These are well constructed, luxurious, and a great value. All-season blanket - keeps us warm (Michigan winters... brrrrr) but not too hot at night. Queen size is just right for our queen size bed. Arrives tightly matted from shipping, but quickly fluffs. Enjoy!"

"This is a GREAT blanket!! It's perfect for temps 60 and above. I used to wake up often and be too warm, push my heavy comforter off and then wake up again and be too cold - with this I sleep through the whole night. GREAT value - you will love it too!"

"We really have enjoyed this blanket. We are strongly considering getting another one for our other bed. It is the perfect blanket for warmer seasons, yet nice to use for an additional blanket during the colder seasons as well. It is very soft and comfortable, and machine washable. It does not bunch up at all, like some down comforters/blankets do. It also is the perfect size for our queen size bed. I would definately recommend it to anyone."

"I ordered the microfiber blanket (I would call it a comforter) in blue and the color is just what I wanted. The thickness of the "blanket" is also just right and is lovely and soft and warm. I have a twin "blanket" on a double bed and it's fine for one person. It hangs over the edge a few inches each side of the bed. For two people you'd need the double/queen size though. As I've seen in other reviews, the "blanket" came rather creased but I'm sure it will be better after washing. I have not been able to do so as the large washer in my building is broken."

"It was not as thick as I'd thought it would be, so I added it to the top of my existing blanket to hit the right temperature in my basement bedroom. I do not recommend it as a pure replacement blanket for cold weather, but for warmer climates, it's perfect."

"Blanket is warm and lightweight. Color is more grey blue and less smoky purple than appears in photo. My only complaint is that the feathers escape everywhere. And not just a few- TONS of little feathers cover the blanket. I suppose you could put it in a duvet cover, but by the time you spend the $$ on that, you might as well just buy a better made blanket."

"Cover is very soft and silky to the touch. I find the warmth level fine for me here around Northern VirginiaLone down pieces do escape every so often but it's not exactly flying all over the place either. 650 thread count cotton down comforters are really leak proof. And expensive probably. overall, for the price I paid with the sale price and my coupon - it was a great value."

"I orginally bought this for use in my guest bedroom however when I received it I was in the process of laundrying my quilt to put back on my king-size bed. It looked and felt so great when I took it out of the box that I thought ..."hmmmmm, let me see how it would look on my bed". Since I had ordered a full/queen i assumed it would be way to small to use on my king-size bed. However, it actually was a perfect fit because I don't like my blankets/quilts to hang down the side of the bed. It fit so great and was so non-bulky under my comforter that I decided to try it for the night (I always remove my comforter to sleep). Needless to say, after the first night of trying the this blanket it has not come off of my bed! It is absolutely one of the best blankets that I have ever purchased ...so soft and so warm! I would highly recommend and I'm keeping this size for my king-size bed. Well-worth the purchase!"
