"This is a beautiful Silk Scarf. The material is heavy and well put together. As stated it has an odor, however, easy to get rid of by airing it out, 0r spraying it with fabric scent. A good purchase. This is the second one I've purchased."

"The effect of the pretty, colorful scarf was immediatelyruined
by the awful smell of mold. The acconpaning paper
said it needed to be aired. It took a drycleaning and
two daylong airing and a shot of Febreze before the
scarf was OK.

"Really beautiful scarf. Bought it about 2 1/2 years ago and I really loved it. Put it in a bag of dry clean stuff to go out and when I went to sort out the bag the scarf was completely covered in THICK MOLD. Had to throw everything out. I see other reviews stating a mildew smell--I want to warn everyone if you buy this have it cleaned immediately, but I don't know if that will kill everything on it."

"This item is "dry-clean" only. When I received there was a disclaimer note included in the package stating that item might have "slight" mildew smell from long trip on a ship. It was very moldy smelling and airing out did little to remedy this. It is a pretty scarf, but a bit rough in texture."

"It's rather rough for silk but it looks pretty. The real problem is that it stinks, really badly, of mildew. I was going to give it as a gift but now I'll have to have it dry cleaned and then it won't be new so I guess I'll have to keep it. Won't be buying any textiles from this manufacturer again."

"This scarf is wonderful! Very rich in color and texture. I have actually been stopped in the grocery store and asked where I bought it. It is multi colored and goes with ALL of my coats and jackets. I also got the hat - slightly different hue - but looks great together - the slight variation adds charm and shows that they are hand made. Looks very expensive. No shedding problems."

"I bought this scarf a year ago for both myself and my sister. The colors are great, but the scarf is heavy and scratchy and stretches out more and more with each wearing. I've since bought softer scarves for myself. I wouldn't buy this again."

"I bought two. Both are really different. One is colorful and the other is more subdued and thinner, I knit and can tell one was done by a mom and the other by an ameture. I am not disappointed at all.
These are really great gifts.

a haphazard way. I was very disappointed with the overall quaiity. I
would not recommend this for anyone!
