"For some reason the wheels on the elliptical trainer wear out in about 2 months and when I call Keys to order them they do not have them in stock and it takes about two months to receive them. This last time I ordered I did not receive the ball bearings inside the wheels therefore I cannot use it unless I order again and then it will take another two months to receive them."

"This machine is great! For the price, it can't be beat. Even though it said that it would come in 3-10 weeks, it came in less than one! It is a wonderful workout, and compared to others in its price range, it is sufficient for everything you may want out of it. I personally would recommend this product to anyone that is the market for an elliptical. I think it is great for beginners like me, who aren't sure how much they will use it and don't want to spluge on all the bells and whistles. The only thing that I didn't like, was how long it took to put together. It is easy, just very time consuming. I personally was not strong enough to tighten the bolts and needed someone else to go around and tighten everything after i put it together."

"While this machine does run well, prepare to have 3-5 hours set aside to decipher the directions, which are very minimal. The instructions explain the entire assembly in 6 steps, which leaves much to be desired in between. You will also need a tube of lube handy because the joints will sweak otherwise.
Once all that is done, you will have a decent machine that gets the workout done."
