"I felt the product helped to relieve sore muscles. I especially liked how you can use it on your back or feet. I did not like how big and heavy it was. You definitely need a second person to help hold the weight. It was also a little noisy. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase, the price was right and overstock always ships my orders promptly."
