"The product peforms perfectly. Have not has a single miss. Would like a faster warm up time but other than that it worked like a charm. Warning to those new to pouch laminating - ALWAYS USE A CARRIER, You will ruin your machine without it. (Carrier is a piece of cardstock that comes with your pouces to keep the plastic from melting to the rollers)"
